“There are Wonderful People at Sacramento Life Center!"

Father and mother smile happily as they hold their baby

“There are Wonderful People at Sac Valley Pregnancy Clinic (Sacramento Life Center)!

When I began to suspect I might be pregnant, my boyfriend and I couldn't afford much; sometimes not even food, so buying a pregnancy test was a little out of the question.

We looked for a place to go for free pregnancy testing and stumbled upon Sac Valley Pregnancy Clinic. I was so nervous making the appointment and then coming in, but the patient advocate I met with made me feel comfortable; I didn't feel judged at all.

Turns out, I was pregnant.

I am so grateful for everything Sac Valley Pregnancy Clinic did for me.

Thanks to them, I found out about getting government support and applying for WIC. All the information about my pregnancy, the prenatal vitamins and the wonderful handmade baby blanket, were far more than I had expected.

When my boyfriend and I came back for the ultrasound, I was just in tears. I was so happy!

My boyfriend met with one of the male patient advocates. We are both so thankful for all the help that gave our baby a healthy start in life

We ended up moving away from Sacramento and wound up back in Dallas, Texas. We had a perfect baby boy and he is named after his dad, we call him CJ. Every time I wrap him in his blanket, I think of everyone who helped us in the clinic. Again, thank you so much!”
